Lead Information Architect on the redesign and expansion
of an e-commerce solution for the largest Office Supply
distributor in the world. The massive scale of the project
required a team of Information Architects to manage the
development of the functional aspects of specified sections of the site major.
The challenge came from the client’s dedication to customer service
requiring a high degree of customization for each and every one of their extranet users.
